On 20.06.2025, I ordered a bag from Mango. However, despite the passing days, my order has still not been delivered. The tracking status continues to show "in international transit" with no progress or estimated delivery date.
I find this prolonged delay completely unreasonable. I have tried to obtain information about my order, but I have not received any clear response or support from Mango. This situation has caused significant inconvenience as I urgently needed this bag for a special occasion.
I explicitly request the immediate delivery of my order. If delivery cannot be completed promptly, I demand a full refund without further delay. Please resolve within 14 days.
