I am reporting a serious issue with MadMuscles regarding a refund for a payment I made on June 23rd. I was explicitly informed that I had a 30-day right of withdrawal for this purchase, yet I am unable to obtain a refund. My grievance has persisted for days, and I have found no one available to communicate with regarding this issue.

I have submitted my refund request to all the support addresses listed on their website, but I have received absolutely no response. This complete lack of communication and the refusal to honor my cancellation right are causing me significant financial inconvenience and emotional distress. I am being denied access to my rightful refund, and the company's unresponsiveness is unacceptable. I urgently demand that MadMuscles process my refund immediately, adhering to their stated 30-day cancellation policy.
