On August 19, 2025, despite canceling my Madmuscles training program subscription through their website, my credit card was charged twice: once for ₺4,200 and again for ₺1,680. After canceling, I did not receive any confirmation message. Later, I even sent the screenshot of the cancellation to the Madmuscles support team via email, but no refund was processed.
During my correspondence with their support team, they claimed my canceled subscription was automatically converted into a full-priced membership and that additional guides were purchased. They redirected me to the same cancellation page again, which I had already used. Eventually, they offered me three months of free membership, but I refused and repeatedly requested a refund.
At this point, my account shows no active subscription, yet the payments were never refunded.
I demand that the unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that this unfair situation be resolved. Consumers should not be misled with hidden charges or manipulated into forced upgrades after canceling their subscriptions.
