MadMuscle.com Charged Me Three Times and Won’t Respond to My Refund Request
I purchased a 12-week package on MadMuscle.com for $25.90, but they charged my card three times for the same amount. I cannot reach anyone for support, and there is no way to contact a real representative.
To make things worse, when I emailed them about the issue, they sent an automated response telling me to make the payment again, as if I had never paid at all. This is completely unacceptable. Where is my money?
I demand a full refund for the extra charges and immediate assistance from MadMuscle. If I do not receive my money back soon, I will escalate this issue through all necessary channels.
