I signed up for a Mad Muscles subscription, and my account was charged twice without justification. Despite contacting them, no refund has been provided.
When I tried to cancel my membership and request a refund, the process became deliberately complicated. For every step, they demanded extra fees, which feels like a scam tactic. The emails I sent were only met with template, automated responses, and it is impossible to reach a real representative who can solve the issue.
On top of that, if you have a subscription, it is automatically renewed at triple the original price, without any clear consent or transparent notice.
