If MadMuscles hasn't answered your support requests, you may email them at [email protected] or fill out their Contact Form at support.madmuscles.com.

To get help faster, make sure you give the email address linked to your MadMuscles account.

If you have problems with your subscription, such as wanting to cancel it, go to your account settings on the MadMuscles website or manage your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, depending on how you bought it.

If you don't hear back from them in a fair amount of time, you might want to think about reporting your issue on Xolvie. This can assist get people to notice it.
