I just bought two boxes of Allonnes tea cups from Madame Coco on December 27th. In total, I got eight cups. When I looked at home, I discovered seven of them were cracked. Sorry, I couldn't check them at the store because I didn't have enough time, and the staff at the checkout didn't check them either. I want my money back or I want the items to be delivered without any damage. It's okay to come across a faulty product occasionally, but discovering cracks in almost every cup from two boxes is unacceptable for a brand as reputable as Madame Coco.
