Melbet Marked My Bet Lost Before Game Actually Finished

I placed a bet today at 20:53 through the Melbet mobile app in Morocco on an ice hockey match between Mamonty and Lokomotiv Orenburg. My bet type on this match was “total over,” and it was combined with another game on the same betting slip. The total combined odds of my slip were 12.305, with one match at odds of 3.52 and the Mamonty vs Lokomotiv Orenburg match at odds of 3.496. I placed a stake of 400 Moroccan dirhams on this slip.

I placed the bet at the beginning of the second half of the Mamonty vs Lokomotiv Orenburg game. However, only about five minutes after placing the bet, the Melbet system suddenly showed that the game had ended and marked my bet as lost, while other matches taking place at the same time continued normally.

After my bet was settled as lost, I noticed that the score of the match changed afterward, which suggests that the match had not actually finished at the time my bet was closed. Given the high odds on this match, this situation makes me feel that the bet was unfairly settled.

I have not yet contacted Melbet customer support directly, but I am submitting this complaint because I believe the match was incorrectly closed and graded, and that I have been deprived of a legitimate win.

I request that Melbet urgently review this specific bet, verify the timing of the match and when my bet was placed versus when it was marked as finished, and correct the settlement if an error occurred. I expect to be paid the full winnings based on my original stake of 400 Moroccan dirhams and the total odds of 12.305.

I am not willing to accept only a refund of my stake, as I believe this bet should have been a valid winning bet. I expect a clear explanation and a fair resolution, including full payment of my winnings.
