I Face Bdgwinseo Withdrawal Rejected but Money Not Refunded

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a withdrawal transaction on the Bdgwinseo platform. On April 4, 2026, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹40,000 with order number WD2026040415492830167594c to my bank card. Later, the transaction status was marked as “Rejected” with the reason stated as “Incomplete bank detail.”

However, despite the withdrawal being rejected, the amount of ₹40,000 was still deducted from my Bdgwinseo account, and I have not received any refund to date. This is extremely concerning, as the money has neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my platform wallet.

I would also like to point out that I have previously used the same bank card for withdrawals without any issues, and the funds were always successfully credited. Therefore, I do not understand why this transaction was suddenly rejected due to “incomplete bank details.”

I have already contacted Bdgwinseo customer support regarding this matter, but I have not received any response. I request that my ₹40,000 be urgently reviewed and either credited to my bank card or returned to my Bdgwinseo wallet immediately.

I also expect a clear explanation of what exactly was considered incomplete in my bank details so that I can correct it and avoid similar issues in the future.
