BC Game Suspended My Account and Support Won’t Help
I have been using BC Game through the Chrome browser on my phone, and today when I tried to log in, I was suddenly shown a message stating that my account has been temporarily suspended. There was no additional explanation or error code provided—only the suspension notice—and to my knowledge, I have not violated any rules.
When I contacted BC Game support, I was told that they could not assist with this issue and was directed to contact reco****@bcgame.com instead. However, I have not received any help so far and I am unsure how to proceed further through that channel.
At the time my account was suspended, I had a balance of over 3000. I request that my account be reviewed and fully reactivated as soon as possible so I can regain access to my funds. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the reason for this suspension.
