Madame Coco Refused to Refund or Send Missing Items From My September 19 Order

I placed an order on the Madame Coco app with order number 2715189857122598. The order arrived, but most of the items I wanted were missing. I called customer service, and they told me the items were out of stock and would be sent later. When I called again, another representative said they had already sent everything and, if items were missing, they needed to check the cameras. They acted like I received the order and was lying about it. I placed the order on September 19, and today is the 27th. They refuse to refund my money or send the missing items. I will never buy from Madame Coco again. Checking the cameras doesn’t take this long. I just want my money back.

I still haven't received a response. I also returned the products other than the suitcase that was sent incomplete, and they have reached you, but my refund still hasn't been processed. I want my money. Refund my money.
