The customer service representative helped and sent an email to the store for the return process, guiding me. I delivered the pots to the store. The staff at the store tried to cause problems, but I calmed him down. I think the store manager's shift hadn't started yet, so I asked him to call the manager. After speaking with the manager, he said they would make the payment to our account. I am waiting for the payment. I will share the outcome; the process is not over yet.

I purchased a set of granite-coated cookware from Madame Coco in the Etimesgut Kaşmir Shopping Mall in Ankara three months ago and experienced peeling throughout the cookware. I hand-washed the cookware, avoided the dishwasher, and followed the instructions. However, the coating began to peel significantly on all cookware within a short time. I don't have the receipt for the product I purchased, but it's still under warranty. I haven't contacted the store or customer service yet. There's no other issue with the cookware; the only issue is the peeling coating. I'd like to request a replacement. I kindly request a response regarding this matter as soon as possible.

You said you forwarded the issue to the relevant department when you called, but the pots with peeled coatings are still in our kitchen and we are still waiting for a solution, because strong companies like yours value customer satisfaction. Am I wrong to think so?
