"The customer service representative helped and sent an email to the store for the return process, guiding me. I delivered the pots to the store. The staff at the store tried to cause problems, but I calmed him down. I think the store manager's shift hadn't started yet, so I asked him to call the manager. After speaking with the manager, he said they would make the payment to our account. I am waiting for the payment. I will share the outcome; the process is not over yet."
