Madame Coco Employee Treated Me Unprofessionally at Palma Mall Store

On May 29 at around 8:30 PM, I experienced very unprofessional behavior from a sales assistant named Sebajet at the Madame Coco store in Palma Mall, Tetovo, North Macedonia. Before interacting with me, she was arguing with another customer and made comments about blocking the cash register and making customers wait unnecessarily. After I simply asked the other customer where she intended to post a review, Sebajet falsely accused me of encouraging customers to leave Google reviews. Following this, she refused to tell me the price of an item I was interested in purchasing and behaved in a way that made me feel unwelcome as a customer. She then threatened to close the store shutters and call security, even though I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. She also pressured me to make a purchase quickly, claiming the store would close at 9:10 PM, even though the official closing time is 10:00 PM. When I asked to speak with the manager, my request was ignored by another sales assistant named Melisa. I did not make any purchase and left the store because of this experience. I usually like Madame Coco products and do not have an issue with the brand itself, but this type of behavior from staff seriously damages the store’s reputation and customer trust. I kindly request that this incident be reviewed, that the necessary steps be taken regarding the staff involved, and that I receive assurance that such behavior will not be repeated so that customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.
