MAC Cosmetics Low Quality Concealer Return Problem

I just bought a concealer from MAC Cosmetics at Zorlu Center. The store employees had me try it with two samples, and it looked really good in the store. But as soon as I left, it turned brown and didn't match my skin color. I quickly went to the branch in 20 minutes. They told me that if I bought something in-store and tried it out, I wouldn't be able to return or exchange it. However, they recommended that I talk to the store where I bought it to see if they can help.

I went back to Zorlu Center without waiting for a whole day. I was surprised to find out that people who bought things online could open and return them, but I couldn't do the same for my in-store purchase that I tried out. I couldn't return the package because I hadn't opened it. This situation is so ridiculous and unfair! I spent a total of 1500 Turkish Lira, buying both a brush and powder to set the concealer. But since the concealer didn't work, the other things I bought became pointless. I don't want to trade; I just want to find the perfect color for myself. If I had only bought it online, checked it out for a week, tried it, and then returned it - your policy is so illogical and unfair to customers!
