I Face Wrong Shade Issue With My MAC Cosmetics Foundation Purchase

Three days ago, I purchased a foundation worth around ₺1,500 from a Mac Cosmetics store. During the purchase, the store associate barely assisted me — they were in a hurry and ended up giving me the wrong shade that doesn’t match my skin tone. I went to the Kentpark store to request an exchange, but they told me that neither a return nor an exchange was possible. I haven’t even touched the box, let alone tested the product at home.

The purchase was made during a promotional campaign. I’ve never experienced an issue like this before. I’m requesting that the wrong foundation shade be exchanged for the correct one.
