Damaged and Tampered Luggage After Lufthansa Flight - Requesting Compensation
After my recent flight with Lufthansa, my luggage was lost. I reported it to the lost and found office, received the necessary documentation, and my suitcase was returned to me three days later. However, my suitcase was severely damaged—the locked zipper was broken, the contents were tampered with, and some items were stolen. I had to make urgent purchases to replace the stolen items, and I have all the necessary reports and receipts. Despite this, no one has offered assistance. I am filing a formal complaint and request compensation for the damage and loss I’ve suffered.
