KLM Returned My Lost Bag Late and Damaged It, Then Ignored My Complaint

I recently traveled with KLM on a connecting flight from Orlando to Amsterdam to Istanbul. Upon arrival, I was informed that my checked luggage had been lost. It was only delivered the next day—already frustrating enough—but to make matters worse, the suitcase was clearly damaged.
I reported the issue immediately, including detailed documentation and photos showing the damage. Despite doing everything properly and reaching out multiple times, I have yet to receive any response or solution from KLM customer service.
It’s incredibly disappointing that such a major airline can treat its passengers with such indifference and lack of accountability. I expected better. I’m requesting full compensation for the damage to my luggage and for the inconvenience caused. Photos have been attached. Please respond and resolve this issue promptly.
