Lufian's Expensive Polo Shirt Tears Apart After One Wear

I recently wore a Lufian-branded polo shirt only once, and the underarm area tore. It's disheartening to spend a significant amount of money on a product and wear it only a couple of times. It seems like a disproportionate value. Are your products designed to be disposable or for single use only? It's frustrating that such an expensive item is so fragile and delicate. I can't even wash it a few times without it falling apart. If I were to contact customer service, I'm sure they would blame it on user error. Should I wear your shirts with my arms up in the air? I would appreciate it if you could provide some instructions on how to use your shirts properly.
