In less than a month since I purchased the product for 10k on sale, despite using it only a few times and never washing it, there is pilling and wear on the inside, outside, and surface. How can a product from a brand like U.S. Polo wear out this quickly? I sent it for review, but my request was denied, with the claim that it was user error. This pilling is not limited to one spot—it covers the entire inside and outside. How much damage could I possibly cause in such a short time, especially when the product has not even been washed? Rejecting my request without a proper examination is unacceptable. Consumers should think carefully before buying a coat, as they can easily dismiss a complaint and blame the customer. My trust has been broken, and I will take this issue as far as necessary.
