On September 22, I purchased a pair of Lufian brand shoes. I have worn them no more than four times, only in an office environment while doing desk work. However, within this very short period, the shoes have already torn.
I bought this product trusting in the Lufian brand’s quality and reputation, but experiencing such a defect after only a few uses has been deeply disappointing.
After noticing the damage, I checked the online reviews for this model and saw that many other customers have faced the same issue within a similarly short time. I contacted Trendyol customer service, but no effective solution was provided, and my grievance remains unresolved.
It is unacceptable for a product of this brand and price range to tear after such limited use. I therefore request an exchange for a new pair or a suitable resolution to this issue.
