I Face Tearing and Deformation on My Asics Shoes Despite Premium Quality Claims


On March 17, 2025, I purchased a pair of Asics shoes with high expectations, largely based on the brand’s reputation and its claims of using premium materials. Today, I was shocked to discover that the front inner side of the shoe is already torn and deformed—and it hasn’t even been that long. What’s worse is that this isn’t an isolated issue. I ordered a total of six pairs during the same period, and now I’m genuinely concerned about the durability and quality of all of them.
This experience completely contradicts the “top-tier quality” that Asics proudly advertises. I’m highly disappointed to see such rapid deterioration in a shoe that should easily handle normal wear. These shoes were not exposed to harsh conditions or improper use—this damage appeared through standard daily wear.
Given the seriousness of this issue and the investment I made, I expect an immediate response and action. I urge Asics to acknowledge the problem, re-evaluate the product quality, and offer a replacement or solution. I trusted the brand, but right now I feel let down. This situation must be taken seriously, and I’m ready to share purchase records for all affected items if needed.
