Requesting a Refund After a Logitech G733 Didn't Match the In-Store Sound Promise

On May 24th, I purchased a Logitech G733 headset from the Vatan Bilgisayar branch at Bursa Kent Meydanı. Before buying the product, I specifically asked about the microphone's sound quality — whether it had any muffled sound issues — and I was told there was no such problem and that the sound was clear. However, once I started using the product, I noticed my microphone sound was constantly muffled, and even after changing the settings through the Logitech app, this muffled sound was never fixed in any way.

Because of this, around May 29th, I sent the product in for service through Vatan, and I learned it was sent to the authorized Penta Teknoloji service center. The product was sent back to me on June 3rd, and my return request was rejected with a note saying, "It was thoroughly inspected, there's no problem, no return will be issued." However, my reason for sending in the product wasn't based on a finding of technical malfunction — it was because the sound quality and lack of muffling that had been promised to me didn't reflect reality.

Before sending the product in, when I spoke with Vatan, I was told that headsets are considered hygiene products and normally aren't eligible for return. I responded that I would still have the right to a return if the product didn't deliver the features that had been promised to me. Despite this, it now appears that neither Penta nor Vatan took this into consideration, and my request was simply rejected by saying "there's no technical issue."

Since the promised sound quality and lack of muffling didn't reflect the truth, my primary request is for a refund of the product's price. If the response is going to be negative on the grounds of the return period, I would ask that a reasonable solution also be offered regarding a full product exchange, with an additional price difference if necessary. I'm requesting that the process be reviewed again and that a clear resolution be provided, with customer satisfaction as the priority.
