Amazon's Logitech G435 Lightspeed Headset Refund is Delayed
Despite the fact that I didn't even use the Logitech G435 Lightspeed headset for a single day before returning it, they have yet to refund me, despite the fact that the product has already been received at their warehouse. The customer service department continues to make bogus excuses, claiming that they have created a refund ticket since the product arrived at the warehouse and that they have sent a ticket to the warehouse with a note indicating that it is an urgent matter. I tried to be understanding in the beginning, but the situation has now completely spiraled out of control. Despite the fact that the product was delivered to the warehouse 16 days ago, the refund has yet to be processed. This will not be tolerated!
