I purchased my Logitech G435 headset from a Vatan Bilgisayar store. Just 2–3 days after purchase, I began experiencing frequent audio interruptions. The sound keeps cutting out continuously while gaming, watching shows, or during general use.
I tried to fix the issue myself by installing Logitech’s official software, Logitech Hub, but this model isn’t supported by the application. So far, I haven’t contacted customer service. I’d also like to mention that the product is still under warranty.
I’m requesting either a product replacement or technical service assistance to resolve this issue.
