I purchased my Logitech G305 mouse about a year ago from the Vatan Bilgisayar store in Ümraniye, Istanbul. For the past month, whenever I connect the mouse to my computer, I hear the USB connection sound, but no lights turn on, and the mouse doesn’t function at all. The issue persists constantly.
I’ve tested the mouse on different computers and through different USB ports, but the result remains the same — the mouse still doesn’t work.
The product is under warranty, and I have the original invoice. I request that the mouse be repaired or replaced under warranty as soon as possible.
