Logitech G305 Mouse Issue – Warranty Support Request

I have been experiencing issues with both the buttons and the scroll wheel on my black Logitech G305 mouse for about six months. Some buttons work intermittently — sometimes they respond, sometimes they don’t. Additionally, when I scroll the round wheel upwards, the page moves down instead. The product is still under warranty, and I have the invoice. I have reported these issues to Logitech support twice, but I was only told that "someone will get back to you," and I have not received any response. Despite all my efforts, the same problems persist even when I use the mouse on different computers. I am unable to find anyone to directly communicate with, and I am seeking support to resolve my grievance. I request that my product be either replaced or repaired to a usable condition.
