My New SteelSeries Rival 3 Gen 2 Stopped Working After 6 Days

I purchased the SteelSeries Rival 3 Gen 2 Wireless Mouse from Vatan Bilgisayar. Just six days after buying it, the mouse stopped working completely. I replaced the battery and tried the USB receiver in different ports, but it still did not function. I also tested it on another computer, but the result was the same.
I tried reaching customer service, but I couldn’t find any valid contact information. The product is under warranty, and I have the invoice. My invoice number is anp2025000025342, and the issue occurred on October 18, 2025.
I am requesting a refund or a product replacement to resolve this issue.
