Troy Failed to Provide Proper Service for My Logitech MX Anywhere 3 Mouse Repair

I took my Logitech MX Anywhere 3 mouse to the Troy store for repair because the button was not functioning properly for carrying and holding. It was sent to the service center under warranty on 04.01.2025. Although I was told I would receive a response, the service never got back to me. The product was sent for service again and re-examined. Now, I am being charged ₺1275 for right and left switch replacements, even though the new product costs just over ₺2000. It is disappointing that such a brand refuses to repair a non-user-related issue just because the warranty expired a few months ago. Moreover, it took them until 03.02.2025 to get back to me. As a designer working on a computer, I cannot wait this long for a mouse repair. Despite my contact details being on the documents, no one reached out. I never expected Logitech’s reputation to be this empty. Serial No: 2116LZ06G9H9. I urgently need a solution, and all related documents are attached. If it weren’t for Ms. A**** from Marmara Park Troy store, I wouldn’t have known anything about this process, and my product might have been lost due to the incompetence of Penta technical service. Please handle this matter as a brand and resolve it without making me struggle with such service centers. I am unable to do my job while dealing with this and being without my mouse.
