Logitech G502 X Lightspeed Back Button Double Clicking Problem

I’ve been using my Logitech G502 X Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse and have been experiencing a double-click issue with the back button for about 1.5 to 2 months. The problem occurs consistently and has become extremely frustrating during both gaming and regular use.

I tried troubleshooting by updating the software and testing the mouse on different computers, but the issue persists.

I purchased the product on November 13, 2023, through Amazon.com.tr.
My invoice number is 3002023033631157, and I currently reside in Istanbul.

I am requesting a repair or replacement under warranty and would appreciate it if my issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
