Logitech G29 Steering Wheel Not Detected in Software After Purchase
On July 26, I purchased a Logitech G29 steering wheel set from Vatan Bilgisayar at Ankara Podium AVM. When I downloaded and installed the product’s application to set it up, the product appeared in the application, but no movements were detected. It only performs calibration when first opened; afterward, the pedal movements, steering wheel movements, and gear shifter movements do not appear in the application at all, so I cannot adjust the settings.
I took the product back to the Vatan Bilgisayar store where I purchased it, and they tested it there as well. They also confirmed that the product appears in the application but that its movements are not detected. Despite repeatedly explaining the issue, the store manager dismissed the problem by claiming that the application no longer allows adjustments and only displays the device, and that adjustment features existed only in older versions. When I asked, “If that is the case, how am I supposed to configure this product, and why does the application exist?” I was not given a satisfactory explanation. I felt as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. My child has also been unable to use the product at all since the day it was purchased.
I expect Logitech to take this issue seriously, replace my product with a defect-free new one, or provide a refund. My invoice/transaction form information is: anp20260000019917. I request that my issue be resolved and that the necessary support be provided so I can use the G29 steering wheel set properly without any problems.
