I would like to share the issue I experienced with the 50 SPF sunscreen I purchased earlier this year from the L’Occitane City’s Kozyatağı store. From the very first use, the product’s texture was completely off; even after shaking it, the product would not blend, it felt sticky, and the non-oily parts left a grainy residue on my face. In addition, I developed redness and itching around my nose and upper lip area. These issues occurred every time I used the product.

I ended up having to throw the product away, and although I tried contacting customer service, I did not receive any response. I am not requesting a refund or a product exchange; I actually enjoy using other L’Occitane products. For this reason, I would like to request testers of different products.

I kindly ask that my negative experience be taken into consideration and that you get back to me.
