L’Occitane Skincare Treatment Caused Burning and Redness

On November 4, 2025, I received a skincare treatment at the L’Occitane store in Istanbul Palladium Mall. During the treatment, a warm mask was applied, and I experienced severe burning and itching on my face. The redness—especially on the left side of my face—has not gone away even after about 30 minutes.
I have not yet contacted the store staff or customer service because the incident just occurred. I did not pay for the treatment; I made the appointment by phone, and I am not aware of whether it was part of a campaign or promotion.
I expect to be offered another treatment or a recommended solution that can relieve the discomfort on my face. I kindly request a quick response from the store.
