Disappointed with Weak Scent in L'Occitane Orquidea Neroli Perfume

I recently purchased the L'Occitane Orquidea Neroli perfume after trying a tester that had a rich, lasting scent. However, the bottle I bought has almost no staying power; the fragrance fades within ten minutes. When I shared my disappointment with the store, they dismissed my concern, saying, "You’ve used the product." How else could I determine if the scent lasts? It feels like they’re brushing me off because of my age.

Additionally, I felt pressured during my visit, with staff constantly pushing other products on me. When I inquired about samples, I was told they’re only offered for purchases over ₺10,000. As a retiree on a fixed income, that's unrealistic, so I’m unable to explore new products or make informed choices. My trust in L'Occitane has faded as much as the scent I purchased. I’d appreciate an immediate resolution, as I no longer feel confident purchasing products from this brand.
