Livu Won’t Refund My Purchase Despite 14-Day Policy

I made a purchase on the Livu app, but I was not satisfied with what I paid for. According to Livu’s own refund policy, users who are unhappy with their purchase can request a refund within 14 days. However, despite following their policy and submitting my request, they refuse to give me my money back.

I contacted support, but I’m getting no proper assistance—just delays and excuses. If Livu promises refunds within 14 days, then they need to honor their own policy. I demand my refund (₺) immediately. Livu needs to stop misleading users with fake refund guarantees. Give me my money back now!
