LivU Charged My Credit Card Without Authorization


I’m filing a serious complaint against the Livu app. I have never created an account or used any services connected to this platform. Despite that, my bank card was charged 16 separate times, totaling ₺1876—without my consent or authorization.
This is a blatant case of unauthorized transactions, and I’ve already reported the issue to my bank and initiated a chargeback request. It’s shocking that a company can process payments from someone who has no registered account and never used their services.
Livu must investigate and take immediate responsibility for this. I demand that all unauthorized charges be refunded in full. This situation shows a clear lack of transaction security, and I strongly urge others to monitor their statements carefully if they’ve had any interaction with this app.
