LivU Charged Me Three Times for a Single Purchase of Gold

I made a single purchase of gold on the LivU app, but to my surprise, my account was charged three times for the same transaction. Despite only attempting to load gold once, multiple payments were deducted from my account. I contacted Yapı Kredi Bank to report the issue, and they advised me to reach out to LivU directly. However, I’ve received no support or resolution from LivU so far, which has left me frustrated and disappointed. I demand an immediate refund for the extra charges and an explanation of how this happened. LivU needs to improve its payment system and provide proper customer support for issues like this. Please address this immediately.
