I recently discovered that an app called LivU charged ₺618 to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I don’t even have this app on my phone, and I have no association with it. It’s shocking and unacceptable that such a transaction could occur without my approval. I demand a full refund for this unauthorized charge and an explanation of how this could happen. It’s deeply concerning that payments can be processed without proper verification. LivU must take responsibility for this and ensure it doesn’t happen to others. Please address this issue immediately and process my refund as soon as possible.
