For App Store or Google Play purchases, contact those platforms directly to receive a refund.
For payments made through LivU's website, you can request a refund within 14 days by emailing [email protected].
Include your user ID, transaction information, and a clear reason.
Refunds are not provided for partially used services or if your account has been banned.
If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
