LivU Charged My Credit Card Without Authorization


I just found out that Livu charged ₺238 from my Yapı Kredi credit card without my consent—and it happened at midnight, when I wasn’t even using the app! What’s worse is that I never received any confirmation code or notification, and the charge came from some sketchy, unrecognized account. This is completely unacceptable and feels like unauthorized access to my financial information.
I didn’t approve this transaction, and I demand a clear explanation and a full refund right away. Livu has no right to take money from my card without my knowledge. This is a serious breach of trust. Livu, fix this immediately and return my money. Don’t ignore this.
