Livu Charged ₺238 from My Card Without Permission – I Want a Refund Immediately

I just found out that Livu charged ₺238 from my Yapı Kredi credit card without my consent—and it happened at midnight, when I wasn’t even using the app! What’s worse is that I never received any confirmation code or notification, and the charge came from some sketchy, unrecognized account.
