LivU Support Not Responding After Missing Coin Purchase

On January 15, 2026, at 2:55 AM, I made a bank transfer payment of $8 through GPay to purchase coins for my LivU account. The app stated that I would receive 1,300 coins in return for the payment. However, even after four days, no coins have been credited to my LivU account.

During this time, I submitted support requests through live chat and other available channels to both GPay and LivU, but I have not received any response. I neither received the promised service nor a refund for the amount I paid.

My LivU ID number is 4292615850, and my username is Burak. I am requesting that either the promised 1,300 coins be credited to my account immediately or that the $8 payment be refunded in full.
