Disputing Multiple Livu Transactions Across Three Banks

Even though I no longer actively use the Livu app, charges were made through my account without my knowledge or consent. When I later realized what had happened, I learned that my sibling had made multiple in-app purchases using my credit and debit cards. The transactions were processed through my registered cards with Ziraat Bank, Halkbank, and İş Bank.

None of these charges were authorized by me. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I confirmed that I was not actively using the app at the time. Since these transactions were made without my explicit consent or knowledge, I request that all payments made through the Livu app be canceled and that the full amounts charged to my cards be refunded to me.

I believe the dates and amounts of these transactions can be clearly verified through Livu’s system records and the corresponding bank statements. I request that this matter be urgently investigated and that my financial loss be resolved as soon as possible.
