LivU Took My Money, Gave No Service

I made payments for two separate services, and neither of them were credited to my account. If my money isn't refunded, I will never use this app again. Lately, I've been making frequent purchases, and the problems have only been increasing.
This is completely unacceptable. Their customer service hasn't even bothered to respond to me, leaving me stranded and out of pocket. This isn't just a minor glitch; it's a blatant failure to provide the service I paid for, and it's a problem I've never experienced before with LivU.
LivU, you need to rectify this immediately! Credit the services I paid for to my account or issue a full refund now. Stop taking money without delivering the promised service and neglecting your customers.
