I Was Charged by LivU Without Consent and Still Haven’t Received Full Refund

On June 17, 2025, several unauthorized transactions were made through LivU using my Ziraat Bank credit card, without my knowledge or approval. I immediately reported these as fraudulent charges and clearly stated multiple times that I was not responsible for these transactions. I also submitted a purchase dispute form for each charge.

Ziraat informed me that the dispute had been resolved in my favor, and yet only one of the four transactions has been refunded so far. The remaining charges are still missing from my account, and I have received no explanation or timeline for when they will be refunded.

I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of follow-up and action. I’m requesting that all remaining unauthorized charges be fully refunded immediately. I’ve done my part by reporting the fraud, submitting documentation, and following up repeatedly. It’s time for Ziraat and LivU to do theirs. Don’t make me chase my own money any longer.
