Livu App Unauthorized Charges – ₺1200 Taken Without My Permission

I just discovered that a total of ₺1200 was charged to my Ziraat Bankası Genç Card for purchases on the Livu app—an app I never use and never authorized! Somehow, my account information was accessed, and my money was spent without my knowledge or consent. How is this even possible? I demand an immediate refund and a full investigation into how an app I never signed up for was able to charge my card. Livu, fix this now! I expect a quick resolution and my money back. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I prevent this from happening again? Unauthorized transactions like this are unacceptable, and Livu needs to take responsibility!
