LivU Unauthorized Debit Card Charges – Requesting Refund

Even though I have never used the LivU app, I discovered that on June 21, 2025, my Akbank account was charged four separate times in the amount of $10 each, all on the same day and for the same amount. These charges were made without my knowledge or authorization.

I did not sign up for any membership, subscription, or make any purchase through the app.

I have not yet contacted either Akbank or LivU regarding these transactions; however, I am requesting a full refund of the total amount withdrawn from my account without my consent. I also want LivU to investigate how these transactions were processed and resolve my financial loss as soon as possible.
