Livu App Won’t Process Card Payments After Multiple Attempts
I have been a regular Livu user for a long time and have consistently made payments using my credit/debit card. However, for approximately the past two weeks, every time I try to make a purchase, I receive a message saying, “Your transaction could not be completed, please try again later,” and the payment does not go through. There are no charges or pending authorizations on my card—each attempt is immediately declined.
During this period, I have tried nearly 20 times, and every attempt resulted in the same error. As a regular user of the app, this issue prevents me from using the service properly, and since no explanation has been provided, I have no idea why this is happening. I attempted to contact support or customer service but was unable to reach anyone to report the issue.
I request that my Livu account and payment systems be reviewed, that I be clearly informed of the reason why my payments are being declined, and that this issue be permanently resolved as soon as possible.
