I am using Bumble on an Android phone, and since last night, I have been unable to complete the selfie verification. Every time I try to verify my profile, the selfie validation fails, and I cannot move forward in the app. I attempted the verification more than fifteen times, but the process keeps getting stuck and does not complete properly. Because of this issue, I cannot use Bumble as intended, and I am effectively blocked from the service. I have not been able to reach support within the app because when I try to get help, I receive another message indicating some kind of glitch, so I am unable to resolve this problem on my own. I kindly request that my account be checked and that my verification be approved manually, or that the technical issue preventing my selfie verification be fixed as soon as possible, so that I can access and use my account without further interruption.
