On January 31, 2026, at around 5:30 PM, my Livu account was suddenly closed without any warning or explanation. When I try to log in, I receive a message saying, “Information could not be retrieved, please log in again,” and I am unable to access my account. At the time my account was closed, I had a balance of 15,000 coins, and I currently cannot access those coins either.
My account was registered with my email address, and I have been waiting for a resolution for approximately 30 hours. During this time, I have sent six emails to the Livu support team. I only received a message stating that they cannot manually restore the account, but no clear explanation has been provided regarding why my account was closed, and it remains inaccessible.
I request that Livu clearly and explicitly inform me of the reason my account was closed and that my account—which I believe was unfairly suspended—be reinstated. I also demand full access to the 15,000 coins that were in my account.
