How to Reset Livu Password and Regain Account Access

I had a problem with my Livu account, which I use on my iPhone. I have lost the password, and I have not been able to access my account since around December 2024. I know the account ID, which is 127856150, but I cannot log in because I do not remember the password. I have not yet tried any password recovery steps inside the app, and I have not contacted support before, so this is my first request for help. I kindly ask you to help me reset the password and allow me to regain access to my Livu account with ID 127856150, or clearly explain what I need to do to recover it.
